Assembly order

  1. Stick the heatsink on the RP3A0 and fit the SD card.
  2. Plug the HDMI adapter, USB-C adapter and OTG lead into the Pi.
  3. Drop the HDMI cradle and USB cradle onto their floor pegs.
  4. Lay the OTG lead along the floor channel, under the USB-C port well and between the USB-A rails, then loop it up into the back of the USB-A housing. Coil any slack in the bay behind the push-stops.
  5. Lower the Pi and adapters in as one unit. The adapter faces land against the inside of the front wall. Seat the USB-A housing on its rails.
  6. Push the light pipe into the lid, fit the lid, and drive four M2.5 × 16 screws up through the base, the standoffs and the Pi into the lid posts.

Measure before printing

Measured with calipers on the actual adapters. Reach is from the edge of the Pi board to the front of the adapter, plugged in. Change these at the top of pizero2w_case.scad if you swap parts.
